A barber shop website that is the booking system
Clients pick their barber and their slot; you keep the client list and pay no commission per visit. Instagram stays your portfolio — the site turns Google searches into bookings. From €3,500, live in 2 to 4 weeks.

The price is a published floor, not a teaser. The estimate quiz turns it into your number before any call.

Multi-chair shops
Every barber gets their own services, prices, and calendar. Clients book the person first — the way barbershop loyalty actually works.
Shops on Booksy or Fresha
Marketplaces bring discovery and charge for it — Booksy Boost takes 30% of a first visit. Your own site takes bookings at your prices, and the client list is yours.
Instagram-first barbers
The feed sells the fades; it does not rank on Google. The site catches "barber near me" searches and converts them into booked slots.
Appointment-only studios
A premium shop that charges on craft should not book through a marketplace profile that looks like every other one.
What the build includes
Book-your-barber calendars
Each barber has their own services and availability. Clients choose the person, the service, or the time first.
Service menu
Cuts, beard, combos — each with duration and price, in as many languages as your clients speak.
Online booking
Slots come from real availability, around the clock. Bookings land in your admin, not in your DMs.
Reviews
Collected from real visits and shown on your own site, not on a marketplace profile.
WhatsApp and SMS reminders
Confirmations and reminders go out before the visit and cut no-shows.
Self-serve admin
Change prices, add a chair, block a day off. No developer needed.

Barber shop website FAQ
Isn’t Instagram plus Booksy enough?
For some shops, honestly, yes — and we say so. What changes with your own site: Google searches become bookings, there is no per-visit commission, and the client list belongs to you instead of a marketplace. If the free stack works and the fees don’t bite, keep it.
What does a barber shop website cost?
From €3,500 for the build, then a platform plan from €39/mo flat. For comparison, Booksy in the UK runs £40/mo plus £5 per team member, and Boost takes 30% of a first visit (July 2026). Comparable monthly — without the commission, and the site is yours.
Can clients book a specific barber?
Yes. Each barber has their own calendar and services, and clients book the person first. That is usually the point in a barbershop.
Do walk-ins still work?
Yes. You control the calendar: keep chairs open for walk-ins, block time off, or run some barbers appointment-only. Online booking adds a channel; it does not take over the shop.
