Aystra

For premium studios, clinics & garages

Your site,
your bookings,
your clients.

We design and build it to the standard you charge at: booking built in, no marketplace between you and the client. Live in 2 to 4 weeks, then you run it yourself from €39/mo.

No budget for a full build? Run it yourself from €39/mo.

How we work

Handmade where it matters. Fast where it doesn’t.

We build at two speeds. The groundwork moves fast — machines are good at first drafts, and you shouldn’t pay a person to do what they can. The part that decides whether your site works is slow: the structure, the edge cases, the taste, the last ten percent your clients feel but can’t name. That part is a person’s. That’s the part you’re hiring.

  • 01

    Weeks, not months

The first draft lands fast, so a full custom build ships in 2 to 4 weeks, not a quarter.

  • 02

    Human judgment

Scope, edge cases, and the final polish are decided by people, not autocomplete.

  • 03

    A direct line

You talk to the person building it. Two feedback sessions come with every build, and no account manager sits in between.

The platform

We build the site. You run it from one admin.

The Aystra platform is the CMS and order manager behind your site. Edit everything yourself, no developer in the loop, on a stack that would cost more to rent than we charge to run it.

Why Aystra

You are renting a developer, not buying a black box.

01
Rent the developer, not the agency
No markup, no bureaucracy. You work directly with the person writing the code.
02
Long-term, not one-and-done
Change anything any week. We do not vanish after launch; support is the relationship.
03
Honest numbers
Published rates and fixed examples. You see the price before you commit, never "contact us".
04
Cheaper than doing it yourself
The platform is all-in for less than the raw infrastructure would cost you alone.

Does it pay off?

See when the site pays for itself.

Enter what an average day brings in. A build like this should cover its cost inside 12 to 24 months. If your numbers push it well past that, we say so. Better to grow the bookings first than carry a build that far out.

What you keep

From clients

Real projects, running today.

We sell bake-to-order with a 36-hour ferment, so the site had to handle real timing, not just look good. Aystra built it on the platform, and we edit products and orders ourselves between bakes.

Pan i Bulka

Artisan bakery · Valencia

Booking used to be a chat thread. Now clients pick a service and a slot in a few taps, and the studio runs the calendar from one admin. The reminders alone cut our no-shows.

FAQ

Who is Aystra for?+
Small commercial businesses: shops, studios, salons, and local service providers who sell products, take bookings, or both, plus early founders who need a real site or MVP. If you serve customers and want to run your own site after launch without code, you are who we build for.
What kind of businesses do you build for?+
Shops, studios, salons, and service businesses — anyone who sells products, takes bookings, or both. If you serve customers online, we can build for you.
Do I need technical skills to run my site?+
No. You get a self-serve admin to manage your catalog, bookings, orders, and content. If you can use email, you can run your site.
Can customers shop and book appointments on the same site?+
Yes. Orders and booking live side by side, so a customer can buy a product and reserve a time without leaving your site.
How long does it take to launch?+
Brochure and booking sites take 2–4 weeks, online shops 4–6 weeks, and full MVPs 6–10 weeks. We work on one project at a time so things actually ship.
Will my site work in more than one language?+
Yes. Sites are multilingual out of the box — English, Spanish, and Ukrainian — so you can reach customers in the language they prefer.
Do my customers get reminded about their appointments?+
Yes. Your site can send automatic WhatsApp and SMS reminders before each appointment, which cuts no-shows without you lifting a finger.
What about changes I ask for a few months later?+
Every plan includes monthly change time — 1h on Base, 2h on Standard, 4h on Pro — for things like new products, prices, text, or photos (which you can also change yourself in the admin). Bigger work beyond that is billed by the hour, with no retainer. Bugs are fixed free for 30 days after launch.
